To permit all participants to listen to the serenade, the musicians will board a gondola in the center of the row. • For vegetarians, people with food intolerance problems or with special diet requirements, a specific request shall be made upon reservation. • Comfortable shoes are suggested for the gondola ride. • This tour is not accessible for wheelchair users or people with walking disabilities. • Changing courses is not supported. If customers wish to take other courses, they shall pay directly to the restaurant the difference due. • Special requests are not supported (candlelight, special cakes, prosecco, wine etc.) • The Gondola ride tour does not operate in case of exceptionally bad weather (in these cases it can be postponed the days after or it will be refunded).
