SUP lessons in Rome
The Stand-Up Paddle is a new way to enjoy sea waters. When the sunset is on the way and the sea is quiet, this activity gives you the possibility to spend time with other people while having fun and connecting to nature. The aim of the first SUP lesson in flat water is to find the balance in an upright position on the board. This is the first step to start practicing this sport. Then you will learn the right paddling technique, learn about the marine environment, its pitfalls and risks.
After the lesson, you will be able to independently organize your SUP adventures in total safety and fun. The class will be divided into a theoretical-practical part on land and another at sea.

- Details and information regarding local operator will be provided on your confirmation Voucher. - Transfer from/to Rome is available as a optional. - The lesson could be cancelled or postponed in heavy weather. - In the event that on the indicated day the waves are not favorable, a SUP SURFING lesson can be held which is very similar but is performed with flat sea. - The lesson depends on the weather and sea conditions. 5/7 days before we are in a position to indicate suitable times and days. - The school is located in front of the CRISTOFORO COLOMBO metro station, reachable from PIRAMIDE metro station at the cost of €1.50 each way. - Activity suitable from six years up - Participant Requirements: Bring a safe mask with you. All participants +12 years old must present one of the following documents: a complete vaccination certificate; certificate attesting to the administration of the first dose of the vaccine, which took place at least 15 days prior to the activity; a confirmation of the healing from Covid-19 within the last 6 months; the negative result of a swab performed no more than 48 hours before the activity. We remind you that in the absence of these documents it will not be possible to participate in the activity and no refund will be made.
