Enjoy this full day tour to discover the typical Emilia Romagna products. Visit a cheese factory, smell the flavour of Parma Ham and also enjoy a delicious traditional 4-course Italian meal with local wine.

The Emilia-Romagna region is renowned as one of Italy’s top culinary destinations, and on this small-group tour from Parma, you’ll get to discover some of its most delectable highlights. First, you’ll reach a Parmigiano Reggiano factory where you’ll learn how the famous cheese is made. At the end of the visit will be offered a tasting of three different aging of Parmigiano Reggiano with local red wine and and other typical products. From here we’ll reach the Parma Ham factory. The guide will introduce the visit talking briefly about the history and visiting the “cold stage”, where the fresh meats are processed. You’ll have the chance to See the production phases of this renowned kind of cold cut. End your tour with a tasting of Parma ham and savor its sweetness and unique flavor. Then we’ll have a stop for a delicious traditional 4-course Italian meal in a typical restaurant near the beautiful Castle. Will be served local products, such as i tortelli di erbetta e zucca, Parma Ham, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and local wines. After the lunch, we’ll reach a famous winery that produce white and red wine from this area. It will be possible to walk around the vineyard and then move inside the cellars, where experts will explain the winemaking process up bottling. At the end of the visit there will be a tasting of three different types of white and red wines.
