Fresh pasta making class, tasting of food and wines of the Ligurian tradition. In this workshop you will prepare some of the most traditional and classic varieties of fresh pasta from Ligurian gastronomy, starting from the preparation of the dough, to rolling out and shaping it.
Maximum 8 pax The tour takes place in English or Italian depending on the group composition CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations can be made without applying penalties within 7 days before departure of services. There is a 50% penalty for cancellations communicated from 6 to 3 days prior to the departure date of the booked service; 100% penalty is required for cancellations communicated starting 48 hours before the date of departure of the booked service that for the "no shows".
