Cooking course with professional chef Wine tasting of 2 wines with AIS professional sommelier Lunch with drinks
Fresh pasta making class, tasting of food and wines of the Ligurian tradition. In this workshop you will prepare some of the most traditional and classic varieties of fresh pasta from Ligurian gastronomy, starting from the preparation of the dough, to rolling out and shaping it.
With the help of a professional chef you will prepare two types of simple sauces, such as the famous Pesto sauce, historically typical of the peasants’ cuisine. At the end of the course you will have lunch, enjoying the fruits of your labor, in addition you will taste a very special Ligurian focaccia, some anchovies and a very sweet surprise! All this will be accompanied by the explanation and commentary of an AIS professional sommelier, who will also introduce you to two different wines and explain the history of Ligurian food & wine culture.
