Full Description
Take part on this tour and enjoy an informative walking tour of the city to discover the typical local products. Our guide will take you to discover the most important attractions of the city and will make you taste the Apulia typical products.
We will visit (from outside) the Basilica of Saint Nicholas with its precious Crypt, the ancient Cathedral of Saint Sabinus and the millenary Swabian Castle. We will discovering the modern French part of the city along the famous sea-side, opera theaters and luxury shopping streets.
During the Tour will have several tasting stops: in a Panificio, to learn how focaccia barese is made and taste a slice; in a Salumeria, to find out the different kinds of cheeses & salami while drinking a glass of wine; in one of the typical corners, to discover fried street food strong flavour such as sgagliozze and panzerotti; in a Gelateria, to enjoy the homemade ice cream choosing your favourite one between a great selection.
