Lasagna it’s delicious, and we all know that. But have you ever tried a classic home made italian Lasagna? With the pasta made from scratch, the tomato sauce cooked for about 6 hours and the besciamella… so rich and tasty! And what about trying to cook it yourself…have you ever thought about that? No clue where to begin?
Come to our class! In about 3-hours we will teach you step-by-step how to make an unforgettable, classic, homemade lasagna! And after…well, of course, we will enjoy it with a glass of wine!
We start our cooking class with a fun shopping experience at a traditional local market. Our guide will take us on a walk through the colorful stalls in search of the freshest ingredients for the preparation of today's dish: lasagna!!! It will be up to you to evaluate the quality of the products, bargain the price and make sure you buy everything on the list, but do not worry, we will help you! We then bring our shopping into the kitchen and we begin cooking ... we are so confident in your skills, that the lasagna you will prepare will be the main course of our lunch, buon appetito!
